What are the opening hours of the facilities?

The swimming pool, sauna and gym are open from 07:00 to 09:00. The Residents’ Lounge is open from 06:00 to 20:00. All other facilities are open from 10:00 to 22:00.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is 12:00 to 22:00. Flexible check-in from 09:00 is subject to availability.

Check-out time is before 12:00. Flexible check-out until  06.00 pm is subject to availability

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the arrival date.

What are some of the amenities available at North Park Place Bangkok?

What is the advance payment policy?

The advance payment policy is 1 month rental fee + 1 month security deposit, and must be paid 14 days prior to arrival.

How long does it take to get to North Park Place Bangkok from the airport?

North Park Place Bangkok is 15 minutes away from Don Mueang International Airport (DMK), and 45 minutes by car from Suvarnabhumi International Airport (SUV)

Do you provide airport transfers from North Park Place Bangkok?

Yes, we offer an airport transfer service which must be booked in advance. Please get in touch with us directly at +662 190 0080.

Is this a smoke-free property?

Yes, smoking is not allowed in all common areas and rooms. (A designated smoking area is available)

Can the public play at the Rajpruek Club golf course?

Only members and their guests are eligible to playat the Rajpruek Golf Club. Non-members can enjoy the golf driving range, which is open to adults and children.

What is your security deposit policy?

The security deposit consists of one month rental fee and will be refunded within 21 days after departure.

Is the property pet-friendly?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on our property. 

What kind of payment methods are accepted?

We accept local and international credit cards, cash, and money wire transfers.

Is there any public transportation nearby?

The BTS SkyTrain is only 3 minutes (2.5km)away (opening in 2022). The subway is 8 km away and approximately 30 minutes by taxi.

Are cots available?

Yes, complimentary baby cots are available upon request.
