Our room comes with two options: room only and room with breakfast. Breakfast is at RM55 nett per adult and RM 35 nett per child (6-12 years old) if you select the room only option

What is the check-in and check-out time?

Our standard check-in time is at 14:00 and check-out time is at 12:00

Are there any convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance?

Yes. There are multiple convenience stores around Fraser Place Puteri Harbour. There are many food and beverage choices available nearby as well, including local, Chinese and Western cuisines.

What is your best rate guarantee policy?

We guarantee you the lowest rate available online.

Is a baby cot available?

Baby cots are available on a complimentary basis upon request (subject to availability).

What type of food is served at Swatches?

We offer an a la carte all-day-dining menu, set menu and buffet promotions.

Sheltered parking is available in the basement area as complimentary for in-house guests.

Effective 1st December 2023:

Are there any attractions nearby?

The family friendly Legoland is just 7 minutes drive away. Sunway Big Box and X Park are 8 minutes away while Aeon Bukit Indah takes 13 minutes by car. If you prefer to walk, Marina Walk is 5 to 8 minutes away by foot. 

What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served from 06:30 to 10:30 daily 

What are the distances to Tuas and Woodlands checkpoints?

It takes 20 minutes to drive to Tuas checkpoint and 40 minutes to drive to Woodlands checkpoint.

Is the property pet-friendly?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed within the property’s premises.
