Yes, a spa is available on the 3P\8th floor.

Is it possible to send a parcel to the hotel before check-in?

Upon confirmation of a guest's booking, the hotel can receive parcels on the guest's behalf. The guest can collect the package at the hotel concierge upon check-in.

What is the nearest metro station?

The nearest metro station is Luohu Station Exit C of Metro Line 1.

Are there charging stations in the carpark?

 

Tesla charging stations are available in the carpark.

Are laundry services provided?

The hotel offers a self-service laundrette, and also provides in-hotel laundry services.

The hotel offers both parking lot and underground parking space. Free parking is available for in-house guests before 03:00pm on the day of check-out.

Is screen mirroring available on the TV in the hotel room?

The Dining RoomThe TV in the room does not support screen mirroring or projection. However, the hotel has a guestroom that is fitted with a projector.
