We are conveniently located just five minutes away from the Metro Line 7. It’s also three minutes to the supermarket and one minute to Starbucks.

Is an airport shuttle bus provided?

Unfortunately, we do not provide a shuttle bus service to the airport

Is the menu customisable to my dietary needs?

Check in is 14:00. Check out is 12:00 

Does the property come with wheelchair access features and facilities?

We do not have apartments specifically designed for wheelchair access; however there is ample room to allow for wheelchair mobility

Are airport transfers available? 

Yes, we can arrange a limousine service for CNY500 each way from Pudong Airport and CNY350 from HongQiao Airport

Does the hotel offer on-site parking and what is the cost?

On-site parking is available and complimentary for our guests.  For visitors, parking is chargeable from second hour onwards, at CNY8 per hour, up to CNY64 for full-day parking.

What are the gym opening hours?

24 hours.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer flexible cancellation without any penalty

How do I get to the residence? 

You may take Metro Line 7 and alight at Langao Road Station.  Alternatively, please arrange for a limousine with us prior to arrival or call a cab.

Is breakfast provided during my stay?

Breakfast is provided according to the terms of the rates booked

Are baby cots and extra beds available? 

Extra beds are available at CNY200 per day, while complimentary baby cots are available upon request.
