  • The promotion rate applies for the booking from 1st September 2012 to 31st January 2013
  • Booking should be made 14 days in advance
  • The Early Bird promotion is NOT valid in combination with other discounts or promotions
  • No cancellation is allowed once booking confirmed
  • Rate is inclusive service charges
  • Early termination is not allowed
  • Minimum stay would be one month
  • License Agreement to be signed as confirmation
