GENERAL MANAGER (China Property)

Job Scope:

  • Accountable for the operational and financial performance of the property
  • Manage the facility and property
  • Manage guest relations and services
  • Build appropriate relationships with the property owners, city authorities and other stakeholder
  • Custodian of the brand values and credentials

 Job Requirements:


  •  Tertiary education with qualification in hospitality management or equivalent
  •     At least 5 years experience in the capacity of Resident Manager or General Manager of a hotel/serviced residence
  • Has pre-opening experience
  • Strong marketing and financial acumen
  •  Excellent presentation and communication skills
