Guest Relations Executive

You are responsible for maximizing guests’ satisfaction and retention by meeting their unique needs in a timely and responsive manner. You need to ensure that all guests arriving and departing receive consistent service delivery.

Responsibility:

  • You need to be consistent in delivering information so as to ensure no glitches during and after guest stay.
  • Handle the check-in and check-out of guests including the processing of their reservations and rooming when possible to obtain positive feedback from guest.
  • Handle all guest requests effectively as this is a dual role covering Concierge duties.
  • You have to ensure that guest billing is without discrepancy so as to avoid billing glitches.
  • Organize and implement guest programs or plans that meet guest needs and interest.
  • Handle all activities including the conduct of site inspections, the closure of sales deals as required and assistance in Hotspot and gymnasium operations.

Requirements:

  • Relevant customer service experience will be preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good problem solving skills
