The high specification penthouse offers more than 3,000 sq ft of living space and consists of three reception rooms, three bedrooms, two with ensuite, kitchen and two bathrooms. Special features include a striking entrance room set off by bespoke stainless steel staircase with brushed stainless steel tension wires, floor to ceiling windows providing breathtaking views in the main reception room and a conservatory style dining room, which leads out onto the main roof terrace. This terrace is literally an additional room outside, with stylish furniture and a mixture of olive trees and other plants in oxidised zinc plant pots.
