Housekeeping Executive

You are responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of the housekeeping operations and services, to achieve a level of comfort and satisfaction that exceeds Residents' expectation while achieving cost effectiveness and is operationally viable.


  • Optimize manpower, performance, usage of operating equipment and services.
  • Define the standards for cleanliness, hygiene and condition of apartments and furniture and fixtures.
  • Identify, develop and address manpower needs and training and review current systems.
  • Supervise the upholding of company policy and procedures to ensure the safety, security and welfare of Residents and staff and also counsel staff that deviates.
  • Simplify work techniques; update new techniques, supplies and equipment, increasing efficiency and the maintenance of operational readiness of equipment and supplies.
  • Counsel staff when performance and discipline does not reach the required standards.
  • Liaise with other departments to achieve Residents' satisfaction and comfort.


  • Experience in Administration required.
  • Good administration and organizing skills
  • A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
