Location : Capri by Fraser, Singapore


You are responsible for handling hotel driveway and welcome guest upon arrival and also handle all porterage, mail/message services, postage, information queries, ensuring no delay of receiving and sending guest luggage and any related services requested by guests. You will also need to interact with guests, explain facilities and occasionally to conduct site inspection to potential walk-in guests and provide support for the Guest Relations Executives as and when required.      



  • Ensure that there is no delay of luggage deliveries and collection of luggage
  • Ensure satisfaction and consistency of service delivery to all guests
  • Act as the hotel ambassador and let guests feel welcome
  • Be a supporting role for GRE during crunch time to ensure minimal glitches
  • Increase the positive experiences and service expectation. Loyalty within internal family breeds loyalty with external family to ensure we sustain a healthy returning as well as new guests.



  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to assist guests with their heavy items such as guest luggage
